Each summer, AWS brings together two groups that play an important role in strengthening the Society and the welding industry: The educators preparing the next generation of welding professionals and the volunteers leading AWS at the local level. This year, participants from across the country traveled to AWS World Headquarters, Miami, Fla., for the AWS Instructors Institute and AWS Leadership Symposium, two programs focused on developing skills, exchanging ideas, and building connections within the AWS community.<..
