Shipbuilders Navigate Tank Welding

Last September, General Dynamics Electric Boat (EB) completed its first tank closure head interior weld using a tank welding robot cell at the Quonset Point facility in Rhode Island, achieving 100% satisfactory results in volumetric inspection.
