Sections are the foundation of AWS. These local groups help shape our global organization and the welding industry in general. Student Chapters are affiliated with local Sections and are located at educational institutions around the world. As members of Student Chapters, aspiring welding professionals gain access to unique resources and opportunities intended to prepare them for a successful career in welding.
