Scott Witkowski is currently the Vice President of Republic Testing Laboratories. He has 30 years of experience in welding industry. He was the President & Founder of Maverick Testing Laboratories, the largest Independent Welder & Materials Testing Laboratory in the United States. Scott is a member of the following associations American Welding Society (AWS), ASME and API.
Co-Chair: Eric Carlson
Enterprise Products Partners L.P.
Eric Carlson has been in the welding industry for over 15 years with both domestic and international experience in fabrication, welding engineering, and project management. His specific knowledge comprises welding research, procedure development/qualification, midstream and downstream sectors of oil and gas, both onshore and offshore, and mechanical testing laboratories. Mr. Carlson holds an MSc. in Welding Engineering from Ohio State University and a BSc. in Welding Engineering Technology from Ferris State University.

Enterprise Products Partners L.P.
Jimmy Mayberry has been in the pipeline industry for 20+ years both as a qualified rig welder, AWS CWI & ASNT ACCP Level II both on new construction and in-service pipelines for numerous owner/operators with the midstream section of the industry.
He has a strong background in in-service welding and fabrication of pipe and pipeline- related facilities specializing in pipeline integrity rehabilitation anomaly repairs across the country. Over the past 10 years he has provided inspection services for Pipeline Integrity and Field Engineering projects within Enterprise‘s Quality Assurance Dept. Amongst other roles, he has provided leadership, guidance, training, and technical support for in-service welding and Hot Tap / Line Stop to both EPCO project managers and EPCO inspectors that are supporting Enterprise’s projects accordingly.
He is a member of the American Welding Society having served various positions within the Houston Section. He holds a position as committee member of the Houston Technical Schools of South Houston and is currently 7-year member of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo Agricultural Mechanic Committee.

Matt Baros has been in the pipeline industry for over 15 years with both domestic and international experience in Welding, In-Line inspection, NDT, Quality Control / Assurance and Pipeline Integrity which includes both new construction and in-service applications for the oil and gas sectors. Holds qualifications in AWS, API, ASNT and AMPP with a technical degree for welding from TSTC-Waco.
