Through the generosity of Fred Bovie, an AWS member for 53 years and Foundation Trustee, and his wife Lou, the D. Fred Bovie Library and Museum is being established at AWS headquarters in Miami.  The purpose is to institute a place where AWS history and welding memorabilia can be displayed properly and with pride.

The library will hold all available AWS publications and related welding documents.  The museum will have welding related artifacts and supporting materials.

If you know of or have any items that may be appropriate for the library or museum displays, please contact Vicki Pinsky at 800-443-9353, ext 212.

Display space is limited but every effort will be made to address all donations and offerings.
