  • Do members receive discounts on Certification?

    All AWS members receive great discounts on a variety of AWS products, but only Individual members receive a discount on Certification exams and packages containing Certification exam fees. If you are a Student or Early Career member preparing to take a certification exam, you are encouraged to upgrade to an Individual member before you register for the exam.

  • How do I become a member or renew my membership?
    Become an AWS member to advance your career, connect with industry experts, and receive discounts on our products and services.

    To join AWS as an Individual, Early Career, or Student Member, look for the “My AWS Login/Join” link on this web page. If you already have an online profile with AWS, log in using your email address and look for the Membership tab, where you can select an option and complete the application process and payment. If you do not already have an online profile with AWS, go to “My AWS Login/Join” and select the “Become a Member” option which will guide you through creating a profile and completing the membership application and payment.

    To renew your AWS Individual, Early Career, or Student Membership, look for the “My AWS Login/Join” link on this web page and log in using your email address. From the Membership tab, you will see your most current information, including your current membership expiration date. Memberships become eligible for renewal 4 months before their expiration date. If your membership is eligible for renewal, you will see renewal options available to select. From here, select your renewal option, and follow the screens to complete your renewal and payment.

    The most efficient method to join AWS or renew your membership is by completing the online process outlined above. If you cannot complete the process online, and you are applying for an Individual or Early Career membership, email membership@aws.org to have a PDF application emailed to you.

  • How can my company update its information, including its Primary Contact?
    How do I print my membership card and member certificate?

    If you would like to change the Primary Contact for a corporate membership contact AWS at membership@aws.org.

    To change other company information, the Primary Contact for the company should go to My AWS Login/Join or my.aws.org and log in using their email address. Along the left side, select "Membership” and under the "Manage Corporate Membership" section, choose "Update Corporate Membership". Make the necessary changes to the Primary Contact’s information and press "Next." (Please note, this will change the personal information listed under the Primary Contact’s profile.) Finally, make the required changes to the corporate information and press "Next" to process the changes within our system.

    Go to My AWS Login/Join or my.aws.org and log in and select "Membership" on the main menu. Under the "Manage Personal Membership" section choose either "Print Card” or “Print Certificate."

  • How can we print a Corporate Certificate?
    How do I update my profile information?

    Contact AWS at membership@aws.org to request a corporate membership certificate.

    Go to My AWS Login/Join or my.aws.org and log in. Under the "Manage Profile" section, select "Update Profile,". Make the necessary changes to your information, and then click on "Update" to save the changes.

  • How do I access the AWS Member Network?

    Go to My AWS Login/Join or my.aws.org and log in. Click on the “Membership” button on the left side of the page. Under “Manage Personal Membership click on the option for “Member Network”. You will be redirected to the website membernetwork.aws.org.

    If this is your first time logging in to the Member Network, please read over the E-Group Rules & Etiquette and click on the ‘I Accept’ box at the bottom of the page. You must accept these rules before continuing to the AWS Member Network. You will only need to do this the first time you log in. After that, clicking on Member Network will take you straight into the Network.

  • How do I become a corporate member or renew my corporate membership?

    Corporate memberships (Sustaining, Supporting, Affiliate, Welding Distributor, and Educational Institution) are managed online through their Primary Contact’s online profile. Before starting a corporate membership application, please verify who will serve as the Primary Contact for your company.

    To join as a corporate member, go to My AWS Login/Join and click on “Become a Corporate Member.” When prompted, enter the email address for the Primary Contact. If the Primary Contact already has a profile with AWS, they will be prompted to log in. If they do not have a profile, they will be prompted to create one. Once the Primary Contact’s profile is updated or created, they will be presented with corporate membership options and have the opportunity to enter their list of corporate roster members and pay online. Corporate roster members can also be entered later.

    To renew a corporate membership, the Primary Contact should go to My AWS Login/Join and log in using their email address. From the Membership tab they will see an option for “Manage Corporate Membership”. Memberships become eligible for renewal 4 months before their expiration date. If the company’s membership is eligible for renewal, renewal options will appear. From here, select your renewal option, and follow the screens to complete your renewal and payment.

  • How do I find my Section?

  • How do I access the AWS Standards eLibrary for Sustaining Company Members?

    To access your AWS standards e-library, ensure your Sustaining corporate membership is up to date, your Primary Benefit Option is set up AWS standards e-library, and you are accessing the website from the static IP address provided on your annual contract.

    To determine the corporate membership expiration date, the Primary Contact for the company should go to My AWS Login/Join or my.aws.org and log in using their email address. Along the left side select "Membership," and look for the Expiration date under the Corporate Membership Info heading.

    To verify your Primary Benefit Option and static IP information please have the Primary Contact on the corporate membership contact AWS at membership@aws.org.
