Women in Welding Conference Emphasizes Automation

On March 16, AWS hosted the Women in Welding Virtual Conference 2023: Automation in Manufacturing. Held in partnership with the Women in Manufacturing (WiM) Colorado Chapter, the event celebrated Women’s History Month by educating, inspiring, and supporting women in the welding industry. The EWI-sponsored, two-hour conference also provided a platform for attendees to learn from women who are involved in automation — Fig. 1.
