Two Years	($135.00 member, $30.00 student, $100.00 international student)
Multiple Years (Non-student only)	(First year $80.00, additional years $75.00) Number of Years if "Multiple Years" is selected.

Please Note:

The one-time initiation fee is $12 for members, $0 for students.
"Domestic" refers to North America: United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Pre-payment is required on all international orders before application processing may begin.
