If you have not registered online or your registration form and payment have not been mailed to the American Welding Society by April 17, 2009, you will be required to fill out a registration form and pay On-Site by cash, check, traveler's check (made payable to American Welding Society), or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diner's Club, Discover).

Cancellation Policy

Registration fees will be refunded if a written request is received by April 10, 2009. Written requests received on or after April, 11, 2009 will be subject to a $50 service fee. After April 26, 2009, no refunds will be granted.
