If you notify AWS at least two weeks
before a scheduled conference or seminar
that you are unable to attend, you will receive a full refund.
Notification received less than two weeks before a scheduled
conference or seminar will result in a refund, less a $75
administration/hotel attrition fee.
If you are a no-show, no registration
fess will be refunded. AWS
encourages substitutions at any time and will work to reschedule
registrants on a space-available basis.
In an effort to assist individuals
attending our seminars, AWS contracts a
special rate with the hotel where the program is being held. The
rate cut-off date is 30 days from the seminar start date.
When submitting your seminar application, please keep in mind that
sometimes
due to circumstances beyond our control, you might not receive hotel
information on time. Therefore, it is your responsibility to
contact AWS and obtain the necessary information. AWS does not
guarantee the rates will be honored if reservations are done after the
hotel’s cut-off date.
Note: AWS reserves the right to
cancel any event in its reasonable
discretion. In the event of cancellation by AWS, registration
fees will be refunded in full. AWS shall have no further
liability.
