CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
& DEADLINES

• If you notify AWS at least two weeks before a scheduled con- ference or seminar that you are unable to attend, you will receive a full refund.  Notification received less than two weeks before a scheduled  conference or seminar will result in a refund less a $75 administration/hotel attrition fee.
• If you are a no-show, no registration fess will be refunded.  AWS encourages substitutions at any time and will work to reschedule regi- strants on a space-available basis.
• In an effort to assist individuals attending our programs, AWS contracts a special rate with the hotel where the program is being held.  The rate cutoff date is thirty (30) days from the seminar start date.  When submitting your application, please keep in mind that sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control, you might not receive hotel information on time.  Therefore, it is your responsibility to contact AWS and obtain the necessary information.  AWS does not guarantee the rates will be honored if reservations are done after the hotel’s cut off date.
• Note: AWS reserves the right to cancel any event in its reasonable discretion.  In the event of cancel- lation by AWS, registration fees will be refunded in full.  AWS shall have no further liability.
