Tabletop Exhibit Space Rules and Regulations

Each exhibitor receives an 8' (deep) x 10' space. Each space includes:
- Chair
- 6' draped table
Note: All display items must be able to fit within the allotted 8' x 10' space.
SCHEDULE
Exhibit Move-In
- Monday – Afternoon
Exhibit Times
- Tuesday – During Breakfast, Morning Break, Lunch, & Afternoon Break
- Wednesday – During Breakfast, Morning Break, & Lunch
Exhibit Tear-Down
- Wednesday – Afternoon
OTHER REGULATIONS
- Backdrop displays are allowed.
- Logo draping over the table is permitted.
- Any additional services such as electrical service will be at the expense of the exhibitor.

Note: Each exhibit representative agrees to abide by these regulations. The on-site AWS staff person shall have the right to enforce these regulations and may shut down any exhibit that does not comply with our rules & regulations, exhibitor will not receive a refund.
